TEAM HEROES PLAN
This year getting a Team Hero is harder than the previous season as the you cannot buy the Teams Heroes on the market, and you cannot buy items from the market like crests or team badges to redeem your player.
Here are a few tips from my side towards achieving the Team Hero you want :

Decide a few heroes for whom you wanna grind for in the Team Heroes event

Redeem your Hero points only in those weeks when your desired players arrive

Be patient, collecting around 300+ crests can be tiresome but you need to play wisely

Do not come into the temptation of redeeming those packs which cost 5 crests because believe me, nothing good will come out of it ever

Stack up your FIFA points as EA might just provide with an offer to get a Team Hero player someday as they did in Football Freeze event
EDEN HAZARD
POSITION - CAM
Eden Hazard's card is simply one of the best in the game. He has a pretty decent pace and has amazing ball control and dribbling skills which would easily allow you to beat the defenders, especially in VS attack matches. The finishing is a bit on the lower side but he has good long shot accuracy. For me he's a must have on your team as he's a CAM and it's rare to find good players in this position.
TONI KROOS
POSITION - CM
A good CM card if you are pretty good at shooting from range, the card does not have a lot of pace which can slow you down during VS attack matches but he's a useful asset in your team while taking free-kicks, passing and crossing the ball to your teammates. He has a 92 shot power which would make it quite difficult for the keeper when shooting from long range.
KOKE
POSITION - RM
Okay, so here's the problem - a lot of people have got Gareth Bale in the La Liga Rivalries event so you may not wanna go for it. But if you missed out on Bale then Koke can be the card you may wanna have in your squad. A good sprint speed and 90+ dribbling which means he can do rainbow flicks makes it an ideal player for any squad. His long shot accuracy and shot power are also very good.
HARRY KANE
POSITION - ST
Yes he's one of the best strikers in Europe and is deadly in the Premier League but his stats in his FUT card don't do justice to him. He is very slow for a striker, can't do rainbow flicks and his roulette is also very slow. He's good at scoring headers and is very accurate with his finishing but having him in my reserves squad, I don't really recommend you guys going for him. There are a lot of good strikers out there whose stats are much better.
RADAMEL FALCAO
POSITION - LF
This year as of now there aren't many good LF cards in the game, so if you play a formation which involves LF and RF then Falacao can be the player you may want to have in your squad. Once again the problem lies in his pace. All other stats are pretty decent which make him overall a good FUT card to gave in your team.
JULIAN BRANDT
POSITION - LW
If you are not able to upgrade your Road to Champion Ronaldo then Julian Brandt is the player for you to go to. His pace, ball control and dribbling are excellent and has good enough shooting skills. So if you are tired of Ronaldo's stats not increasing then you can go for Brandt.
SADIO MANE
POSITION - LW
Another LW card with some serious sprint speed and acceleration to go along with decent dribbling skills. Again , if you are fed up with Ronaldo you can go for this one. He's even better than Julian Brandt and also a beast on the wings.
RADJA NAINGGOLAN
POSITION - CM
The ideal CM to have on your team who can defend as well as attack at the same time. Decent pace and shooting skills make him unstoppable in the midfield and 93 tackling and 96 aggression would make the opponents difficult to get past him. Only drawback - cannot do rainbow flicks unless trained further.
LEONARDO BONUCCI
POSITION - CB
An absolute beast in the defense who won't allow attackers to easily pass through him. Having played against him, he makes it quite difficult for the playmakers to get away from him and has a good 98 heading which makes sure he wins all his headers from corners in VS attack matches. A must have on your team if you are not able to get Ramos or Silva as of now.
EDINSON CAVANI
POSITION - ST
A good striker to have on your team, although not much pacey in nature but has very good shooting skills and shot power. Good heading ability, composure and reactions make him a very useful player up front. If you don't have much options going forward then you can try him on your team.
NABY KEITA
POSITION - CM
An absolute BEAST to have in your midfield. Amazing ball control and dribbling skills allow him to score goals very efficiently using the rainbow flicks. His stats are a bit deceiving and he is a much better player in the game. A must have in your team if you can grind out for him.
MANUEL NEUER
POSITION - GK
Getting a good GK card in your FUT team is mandatory and Neuer provides you with exactly that option. Good reflexes and reactions make him look like a wall in front of the goal and the opponents need to be very precise to score their goals. If you haven't yet got Buffon then Neuer is the player to have in goal.
PAULO DYBALA
POSITION - CAM
A lot of people are fed up with the slowness of Dele Alli in their teams and Dybala solves that problem. He is an absolute beast with a lot of pace and excellent shooting skills. He is a must have on your team and the ease with which he gets past defenders in VS attack matches is a joy to watch.
ROMELU LUKAKU
POSITION - ST
Good acceleration, sprint speed, finishing and shot power make him a wonderful option to have up front in your FUT squad. He is aggressive, wins his headers and can bully defenders around him. The drawback is again his dribbling is a bit on the lower side meaning he cannot do rainbow flicks, but you can always train him to increase his dribbling.
